I have a heated area in my shed that I use for weightlifting. During this pandemic, it has been a godsend to me to be able to work out at any time that I want to.
There are many people out there who cannot go to a gym due to the fact it has been shut down. As a result, a lot of people have started to purchase workout equipment that they can use at home. But, to be honest, weightlifting equipment has been running short on inventory due to the high demand.
My latest purchase for my home gym is my raised calf machine that you sit on manufactured by XMark. It’s so nice to be able to use quality equipment in the comfort of my own home gym.
And, of course, whenever I am lifting in my shed home gym I always make it a point to support my wrists properly and I do so by wearing my Rip Toned Wrist Wraps. I really wouldn’t work out without them.
Almost exactly 3 years ago I purchased a York Barbell STS Flat-to-Incline Bench (the one in this link is not the same model as mine but is essentially the same) and it has been probably one of the best purchases I ever made.
It still looks as good today as it did when I took it out of the box and assembled it.
At the time that I purchased it, I put together an unboxing and assembling video that you can see below. I was glad that it received over 2K views and I also got a lot of comments.
I finally got around to reviewing the bench in the youTube video York Barbell STS Flat-to_incline Bench Review. You can see that youTube video below.
I love this bench and use it at least 3 – 4 times per week. It also has been tough to find these days but I did find a site called StrengthWarehouseUSA.com that does have them in stock. Here is a link to their page that has the same bench.
Here is my York Barbell STS Flat-to-Incline Bench Review.
I hope you enjoy the videos and if you have any questions please leave them in the comments below or in the comments on my youTube channel – TotallyUniqueLife.
