I enjoyed this post, Bob. Funnily, I’d just been thinking that I need to do a serious bit of decluttering and organizing. The first one is a necessity as I’m moving house shortly and that’s such an opportunity to start afresh without lots of junk that’s been accumulated over the years. The second is more general. I noticed this morning that I couldn’t easily find some of my important computer passwords and it would be awful if I shut myself out of blogging or whatever because I was being disorganized!!

My wife uses the slow cooker at least once a week. The best thing is the smells that you come home to, especially at the cooler times of the year.

Great post, I really like the way you put these ideas together – practical ways to make out every day life more enjoyable, I will implement some of these that I haven’t already. Gotta say I’m with you on the slow cooker…one of the best things I’ve ever bought ..saves so much time and gives you great, healthy meals or soups .

Thanks for stopping by. I can relate to the blogging writer’s block problem. I guess it comes with the territory. Hopefully I’ve given you a post idea… The photos look great here but when emailed by Feedburner there is a lot of white space. I guess those are the issues dealing with an email client.

For the feedburner images the problem may be that you use relative rather than absolute url addresses when creating your posts.[i.e. omitting the full name of your blog, just the image subdirectory and jpg name] Feedburner can not resolve the source image in that case. If you used WP there would be a way around it. You may want to as squarespace support.
